Lone Wolf Transact is a great system for contracts and e-signatures! Everyone is able to start using it as their main platform for contract documents and e-signatures!
Do you use DotLoop for your transaction documents and signings? If so, then you don't need to transition to Lone Wolf Transact. DotLoop access will continue for those that have it. But you may want to transition!!! We suggest you try out Lone Wolf Transact with a transaction! You might love it!
If you use DocuSign directly from KW Command, with the KW DocuSign account and "Rooms", then you WILL need to transition to Lone Wolf Transact! The KW DocuSign accounts are shutting off on July 14, 2026! You will NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS to login to the KW DocuSign account! If you need any files from your rooms, or the e-signature side, then you should down load the documents from your KW DocuSign account BEFORE July 14, 2026.
If you have and use a Tri-County DocuSign account, that account will remain, as it falls under the Tri-County Suburban Realtors organization and not the KW organization. You can continue to use your Tri-County DocuSign account. Please confirm that you indeed are using a Tri-County account!!!
If you use ZipForms in conjunction with DocuSign - you must check which DocuSign account you are using. If it is the KW DocuSign account, then that account will be closing on July 14, 2026. You will need to save any files from that DocuSign account BEFORE July 14, 2026. You can choose to transition to Lone Wolf Transact - or you can setup your zipforms to work with the Tri-County DocuSign account. PLEASE NOTE: If you set up multiple DocuSign accounts to transition from one to another - you MUST use a different email address for each DocuSign account. Login to DocuSign is done by email address - so it gets confused if you have 2 accounts with the same email address!!!
If you use ZipForms with Docusign as the signing provider, please see the paragraph above about ZipForms/Docusign. If you use Zip Forms with a different e-signature provider (NOT DOCUSIGN), then you are not affected and can continue as you are!
Reach out to your MCTT for help if you have questions on this! There will be training classes on how to use the new system.
